We research the market to find and negotiate the most competitive options. We will present back to you a set of recommended solutions that are tailored to your needs.

Lodge your application

Working with the lender we’ll prepare your application, positioning it to suit the assessment by that particular lender for the loan package. Ensuring all is in order we’ll submit the application directly. You will be given complete transparency of the application process through to approval.

Settlement

On settlement is when the loan will arrive in your account. We’ll be there to let you know as soon as we are informed by the lender.

Ongoing support

We’ll continue to provide support long after settlement. For mortgages this includes; reviewing interest rates, switching loan products that become more beneficial, switching dates and frequency of repayments to suit your changing needs, and monitoring your property value to access equity in order to buy an investment property or renovate.
